Courtesy Veronica Guerra, The United South High School “Mighty Panther” Chess Team recently garnered a 7th place overall award at the Super Nationals V Chess Meet Finals held in Nashville , Tennessee .  There were over 5,340 players with over 1,560 teams competing from all over the United States , as well as, Canada .
