(Laredo, Tx)-Former UISD Police Chief Ray Garner was sworn in as the City of Laredo ’s new Chief of Police. Garner has been a law enforcement officer for over forty years and said he was very proud to be Laredo ’s new Chief of Police as it has been a life long dream. Garner is pictured with his family.
UISD administrators were present to see Ray Garner at his Chief of Police swearing –in ceremony. Pictured from left to right are Superintendent Roberto J.
