Courtesy Joe Baeza,   On Friday August 06, 2010 after 7 p.m., the Laredo Police Department’s Pipeline Unit (highway interdiction) while working I-35 stopped a white in color tractor hauling a grey trailer going northbound on I-35.  The LPD pipeline officer noted a traffic violation and conducted a lawful traffic stop at the 16 mile marker.
