After 13 years: A Capital Murder Fugitive is Captured by the Webb County Sheriff’s Office& U.S. Marshalls in Mexico

 Laredo, Texas (Webb County) – On Thursday, July 21, 2011  The Webb County Sheriff’s Office  Criminal Investigative Division in conjunction with the U.S. Marshalls apprehended a wanted fugitive in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.   The fugitive, identified as Jesus Servando Lopez of 32 years of age, is wanted on a 1999 warrant of arrest on capital murder
