State Loop 20 & Spur 260 Designations

LAREDO, Tx -The following are the new designated names for the Cuatro Vientos Rd. and other Highway Roads that connect:
- The new seven-mile Cuatro Vientos (Loop 20 extension) Rd. from State Highway 359 to Mangana-Hein Rd. is designated State Loop 20 (Cuatro Vientos Rd.).
- The portion of State Loop 20 from World Trade Bridge to State Highway 359 is designated State Loop 20 (Bob Bullock Loop ).
- The former State Loop 20 portion between State Highway 359 and US 83 South is now designated Spur 260
