Road Closure for Resurfacing Evening closure should minimize impact to traffic On Monday, September 21, 2009, City of Laredo Public Works crews will be resurfacing Santa Ursula Avenue, between Hidalgo and Zaragoza Street, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. The road will be completely closed to all thru traffic during these hours.
City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas received both his flu and pneumonia shot at the City of Laredo Health Department. Salinas cited several reasons as to why he received the shot; first and foremost, he wants to be an example to the citizens of Laredo, stressing the importance of protecting oneself with these shots.
