Four Suspects Arrested for Burglary of Building

On Friday Sept.17, 2009 Laredo Police responded to a burglary in progress at approximately 12:09am at the 5500 blk of McPherson. 
Caller advised observing 4 male subjects breaking into a place of business, one was holding a flashlight and another subject was acting as the “lookout” outside the business. 
Upon arrival officers observed the suspects running towards the rear of the business. After a brief foot pursuit all 4 suspects were apprehended and charged with Burglary of Building (forced entry) 
State Jail Felony, Theft of Property State Jail Felony and Engage in Organize Crime F/3. The suspects were identified as Ruben Jimenez Jr. 24yrs, Jose Alfredo Jimenez 21yrs, Thomas Dylon Harmon 18yrs, Miguel Gomez 20yrs. In addition Thomas D. Harmon was also charge with Possession of Marijuana in Drug Free Zone C/A
