Salinas being honored by the Latino Leaders Network for his leadership on immigration and border issues, the membership of the United States Conference of Mayors today elected Mayor Salinas as a member of the organization’s Advisory Board. As a recycling effort, all scouts are encouraged to collect outdated phonebooks beginning June 20th through July 5th. The winners will be determined by the amount of phone books collected.
