Dr. Hochman has created an initiative to ensure that students who are in need of glasses and eye care are provided with the exams and glasses to correct their vision, free of charge.
Courtesy Carmen Rendon, (Laredo, Texas)-United ISD Federal Programs hosted their annual McKinney Vento Summer Survival Kit Giveaway for underprivileged UISD student families. The distributed kits included an assortment of toiletries, apparel, detergent, various kitchen tools, blankets, and fans.
