Man Wanted for kidnapping woman

Courtesy Brenda Medina,   Laredo, TX (Webb County) –The Webb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man accused of kidnapping  a woman and injuring her toddler. The W.C.S.O.Criminal Investigations Division issued arrest warrants and a Be On The Lookout (BOLO) for Mario Alberto Barrientos, 26, who kidnapped a 24-year-old woman.
