City of Laredo Appoints Human Resources Director and Interim Economic Development Director

Courtesy David Alegria, LAREDO, TX— The City of Laredo’s Interim City Manager, Samuel Keith Selman, has announced the appointment of two key positions within the City of Laredo. Ms. Linda Teniente has been appointed as Human Resources Director, effective Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Additionally, Ms. Miriam Castillo has been appointed as Interim Economic Development Director.
