Jose Arturo Vergara Found Guilty

(Laredo, Tx)- The Office of District Attorney Isidro R. Alaniz reports that Jose Arturo Vergara has been found guilty of Prohibited Sexual Contact and Continuous Sexual Abuse. The jury is now determining punishment. The Honorable District Court Judge Mark Lutjen presided over the trial.

I don’t care what anyone says I just know that this child is know to do alot of things that the whole family knows and just don’t want do the people to know about ,it like the saying is said they want to cover the sun with one finger,or sweep it under the rug.I guess one of the aunt’s forgot that they accuse her son of touching this child before this child accuse this man and the look the other way.oh and to J get ur story straight cause I ain’t the one that has CPS up my ass like ur sister or daughter ,i wasn’t the one charge with burning my child who was only 5yrs of age back in 1994, plus I wasn’t the one that stayed with the boyfriend knowly know that he was molesting my child and left him and a couple of months went back still know what he was doing to ur child.plus about the apple not falling not to far from the tree only u would know what kinda of mother we had right men before children that one thing zin doesn’t do!!!!! lol….lol..all I can say is I am happy more than ever and me & kids r fine and happy never been in trouble with the laws like some u nor ever chosen man before my children ,hate all u want cz I have it good and puro Love is all I wish u and ur Family.Plus to all them if u who don’t know what this child that I feel sorry for has gone through living with her mom ,who are u to judge.Not till u know the true story of this child then make ur comments.

Zin forgets how she gave away a child too.. the Apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.. She has had an abusive relationship with her kids… Only difference she has from Pearl’s mother is that she had never been caught..
Valid points.. it appears that trashing her family, who it became quite clear in court she really did not have a realtionships with, is valid..? It appears that the whole family is hurting.. but posting an angry rant like Zin did, was uncalled for… people forget that her whole family was not on trail… Mr. Veragra was… from what I got from this rant was an angry person… which she has every right to be since she feels there is an injustice, however, not her whole family was on trail.. You don’t see ppl airing out her dirty lanudry.. as she failed to mention. One can’t point all the fingers they want, but we all live with our sins.

Oh I failed to Mention that One of the Jurors knows one of the Family Members and work’s with that Family Memember and the DA was told of this and all they said is that was done was done and they don’t want to Hear it.as I know it and by law you can’t be a juror if you know or work with a family memeber or AM I RIGHT OR WRONG?
All I Can Say their was injustice done to Mr.Vergara as Per the DA and Judge Mr.Vergara’s Lawyer wasn’t allowed to bring Pearl’s past History nor the Pearl’s Mothers Past but yet they brought my Father’s past.Let me remind the public who Pearl’s mother is She was the mother that back in 1994 burn her child with hot water because the child pee in his pants.The children were taken away and given to their father.The DA didn’t allow that to be heard as to what Pearl’s mother is capable of doing.Plus the DA never and didn’t allow the jurors know that Pearl’s mother was being investgated by CPS as we speak and while the court was going on and the reason she is being investgated is because they found bruise on pearl WHY? didn’t they allow that to be mention in court what did the DA have to hide or was the DA scared to lose the case if that was expose.plus their was a lot of things that pearl lied about like her brother’s living with them WHY?I ask myself why does Pearl have to lie about her brothers what does pearl or her mother have to hide when the whole family knows that both brothers lived with them at one time or another.Also Pearl lied about ever been hit when again the grandmother and one of the sister’s who workers for the state has seen and witness it the abuse and never did nothing to report it.Like I have said before and I will keep saying it at the end of the day Me,DA,nor the people have to go home with pearl’s mother and what happens behind that door we will never see or know the only one is pearl.Plus Pearl was ask about a supposely friend of the mother’s Rene well just to let you know that Rene is the Father of the child that Pearl’s mother gave up for adoption because Rene is married!and Rene was just a friend yea right! Perl was also ask if she had a smaller brother and she said no when she knows for a fact that she has a smaller brother why lie about that too! They do keep in touch with the child and the adopted parents they even took a seaworld trip all together,plus I am gald that this child was giving up because he would be going through the same thing pearl is going through like I said we don’t live with pearl’s mother I know for a fact what Pearl’s mother is capable of lived with her!Plus another thing Pearl had done another Out cry way before but that wasn’t allowed to be said either,Pearl had accused another family memeber before and then Pearl recanted what she said Pearl said it wasn’t true That wasn’t allowed to be said either and the jurors weren’t told about it.There was a lot of things left out the be said about Pearl and her mother.Why didn’t the mother testify was the DA scared of allowing the jurors know what and how pearl’s mother is really like?Also the after school child careworker all she did was speak that my father pick up pearl again I ask myself WHY? didn’t the DA allow the sign out sheets from the UISD school be shown in those sign out sheets it will show by WHO,what time, and when pearl was pick up why did the after school daycare worker not bring that as proof? or did it show other people picking up pearl things that make you say Hummm!again what did the after school daycare worker and the DA have to hide by not allowing those sign out sheets to be seen by jurors.All I can say is that my father is innocent all this because he took care of us growing up and we are four girls and he never did nor showed things like that to us at all and also we were the almost the same age as Pearl.A child predator is going to wake up from the night to day and say I am going to be a Child predator,A child predator isn’t going to do it to one child only and another thing if Mr.Vergara was one he would have done this a long time ago because we weren’t the only girls he took care of Mr.Vergara has tooken care of my cousins,my own children ,and other grandkids and never once did he do nothing of that Nature at all.A Child Perdator doesn’t DISCRIMINATE!!!!
