State Senator Judith Zaffirini commends the City of Laredo Health Department for their work to maintain public health not only in Laredo, but also the surrounding area; especially, Nuevo Laredo. City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas, Webb County Judge Danny Valdez; District II Council Member Hector Garcia, General Manager for the U.S./Mexico Border Health Commission Dan Reyna, and City Manager Carlos Villarreal listen.
City of Laredo Health Department Director Hector Gonzalez; Deputy City Manager Cindy Collazo; Texas Department of State Health Services Luanne Southern; Mayor Raul G. Salinas; Senator Judith Zaffirini; Webb County Judge Danny Valdez; City Manager Carlos Villarreal and District II Council Member Hector Garcia help inaugurate the City of Laredo Health Department’s new Bio-Safety Level III LRN Laboratory with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
