Webb County Offices Labor Day Holiday Closure

Arrest made in Cruelty Case

Courtesy Monica Garcia,  El Cenizo resident Graciela Gonzalez was arrested  after the District Attorney’s Office approved a warrant charging her with Cruelty to Animals.  Gonzalez is charged with having severely neglected her two horses.  Neighbors had been attempting to care for the horses but notified authorities when they saw that their condition had severely deteriorated.
