Courtesy Maru De La Paz,  Laredo, Texas (Webb County) – On Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at approximately 10:30 a.m., Webb County Sheriff’s Deputies initiated a traffic stop on U.S Hwy 83 and Lomas Del Sur. The  driver of a Red Dodge pickup truck refused to stop and eventually drove away in an attempt to elude Deputies.
