Captain Jose Francisco Garza Recognized for 25 Years of Service to the Webb County Sheriff’s Office

Laredo, Texas – On February 24th, 2010, Sheriff Martin Cuellar recognized Captain Jose Francisco Garza for 25 years of service to the Webb County Sheriff’s Office. From Captain Garza’s assignments as Correctional Officer, Deputy, Field Training Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, to his assignment as Captain in the Patrol Division he has trained more than 14 officers who have eventually moved on to higher ranks within Law Enforcement.
“ I have seen a tremendous improvement not only in leadership with Sheriff Cuellar’s administration, but also a vision geared for technology which makes our work day run smoother and at the same time we are able to provide the citizens of Webb County a safer way of life. I look forward with pleasure to continue my faithful commitment to the Webb County Sheriff’s Office.” Captain Garza stated.
