Courtesy Ricardo Rangel, (Laredo, Texas)-One hundred students from Dr. Henry Cuellar Elementary enjoyed a special post-Christmas gift celebration at Target on San Dario Avenue. Students from all grade levels at Cuellar Elementary were chosen to participate in a shopping spree to use a $100 gift card as they wished. Students were accompanied by 25 Laredo
