Beginning Monday, August 22, the first day of classes, the district will initiate a new bell schedule for all elementary, middle, and high school students.  The new bell schedule will include the following start and end times.

Nixon High School Band  is rehearsing their marching drills in preparation for their halftime performances as well as the upcoming marching season.   Rehearsals will be held friday July 15th from 9a.m. to 10a.m. at Nixon High School (Church Parking Lot).

The changes are effective July 1.               Lorenia Torres was named Assistant Principal at Lamar Middle School.              Oscar Perez will serve as Interim Director of Secondary Education.             Guillermo Pro was named Interim
