Railroad Work – Moctezuma St. at IH 35 NBFR ( San Dario Ave. ) – Detour

  LAREDO, Tx – Effective Tuesday, February 15, 2011 until 5 p.m., rail replacement maintenance work will be conducted on railroad tracks at Moctezuma St. and IH 35 northbound frontage road (NBFR) San Dario Ave. in the downtown area.
