Laredo, Texas – On Sunday, August 30, 2009,  Webb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call at Las Lomas off of Highway 59.   As they arrived, David Solis and Eduardo Davila alleged that  Curtis Gonzalez assaulted them with his motor vehicle while they were operating an ATV.  Davila and Solis were transported to Laredo Medical Center where Davila was released and Solis was taken to a San Antonio Hospital via ambulance.  Curtis Gonzalez is being charged with a count of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon both charges being felonies of the second degree.

 Gonzalez, turned himself in on Monday, August 31^st  at the Webb County Sheriff’s substation off of Highway 59, case has been turned over to the District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
