San Isidro Elementary School receives $10,000.00 Donation from Burlington Stores and AdoptAClassroom.org

(Laredo, Texas)-Burlington Stores Inc., through its partnership with Adoptaclassroom.org, donated $10,000.00 to UISD’s San Isidro Elementary School in celebration of a second Burlington store in Laredo. New store manager Diana Chavez and store associates Billy Flores, Catarina Herbst, Cassandra Gomez and Elizabeth Flores presented the check to campus principal Dr. Myrtha Villarreal during an assembly held at the campus. Also in attendance were Superintendent Roberto J. Santos, San Isidro teachers, students and District administrators.
Villarreal said that the teachers will use the funds to purchase much needed classroom supplies. “On behalf of United I.S.D., I would like to thank Burlington and AdoptAClassroom.org for adopting our school.” said Villarreal. Our teachers look forward to using the funds to enhance learning in their classrooms. We are very thankful for the support we received from Burlington and Adopt A Classroom.org.” Burlington Stores Inc., in partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org, makes a donation to a local school in each grand opening market to celebrate a new store location. Laredo’s second Burlington store is scheduled to open on March 15 at 2302 N.E. Bob Bullock Loop.
