Los Obispos Middle School Silver Gems Win Big at MCDA Six Flags Cheer and Dance Competition

(Laredo, Texas)-The Los Obispos Middle School Silver Gems dance team recently traveled to Six Flags Fiesta Texas to compete in the Midwest Cheer and Dance Association’s (MCDA) cheer and dance competition. The brilliant Silver Gems earned honors in the following categories: Kick Officer—1st place, Kick—1st place, Military—1st place, and Pom—2nd place. They also earned an extra award for Best Kick and were named High Point Champions. These talented young ladies are under the direction of Ms. Christina Rangel. Congratulations on a job well done, Silver Gems!
