(Laredo, Tx)-The City of Laredo officially broke ground on the next water treatment plant, that will help the city to grow and serve the population for the next 50 years. Attending the event were: Luis Jones; Webb County Commissioner Jaime Canales; Assistant City Manager Jesus Olivares; Dist. VII Cm. Jorge Vera; Bishop James Tamayo; Dist. V Cm. Johnny Rendon; Tomas Cantu; Utilities Director Tomas Rodriguez; Vidal Cantu, Jr.; City Manager Carlos Villarreal; David Cantu and other members of the Cantu family.
