A one-day workshop designed to drive non-profit organizations to success by identifying their strengths and opportunities, the Institute is a leading gathering of civic leaders, executive directors, board members, volunteers, attorneys, trustees, CEOs and CFOs of private foundations and non-profit organizations also interested in developing a clear plan that addresses their organizational needs.
