LPD traffic stop leads to over 1,900 lbs of Marijuana

Courtesy Joe Baeza,  On June 25, 2010 An LPD officer spotted a tractor trailer near a truck stop located off of IH-35.  The officer witnessed a traffic violation committed by the truck and the vehicle was stopped as it exited near the truck stop.  After routine questioning the officer noted inconsistencies in the driver’s story.
