Private Utilities Work To Cause Road Closure Starting today, Tuesday, April 24, from 9 AM to 4 PM, ACS Contracting Services will close Travis Street between Springfield Avenue and Maryland Avenue to make a waterline connection for a future apartment complex construction in the area. Drivers are asked to find alternate routes if possible as there will be congestion and delays due to road closure and detours as the work progresses. If driving in the area, please obey all traffic signs and be careful with workers in the area.
