Laredo, TX – The City of Laredo Health Department (CLHD) is starting vaccination clinics at both LISD and UISD this Wednesday, November 18, 2009 with two vaccination clinics:
- LISD: Heights Elementary (1208 Market St.) 8:00am – 12:00 pm. This clinic is exclusive for students enrolled at this school
- UISD: Washington Middle School (10306 Riverbank Dr.) 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. This clinic is for those students enrolled in Muller Elementary, Fasken Elementary, Kazen Elementary and Finley Elementary.
We have committed our existing vaccine supply to implement the school vaccination plan. Vaccination clinics will continue to be scheduled as more vaccine becomes available. We are working with local private physicians, clinics and other providers that also have H1N1 vaccine. We are encouraging the public to check with their private physicians if they have the vaccine.
