Laredo Enforcement Officers to Escort Flame of Hope to Special Olympics Texas Summer Games

Courtesy Felipe Pantoja & Mariblel Sontoya-Maciel,  LAREDO, TX—Law enforcement officers from the Laredo area will gather at the Webb County Commissioners Court on Tuesday, May 20, for the kickoff of their annual Flame of Hope Torch Run from Laredo to Arlington for the Special Olympics Texas Summer Games. The ceremony will start at 9:30 a.m.
