Mayor Salinas Goes to Jail

Yesterday, City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas was in jail, trying to raise bail . . . to help the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Laredo collect funds for their upcoming MDA Telethon this Labor Day.  Salinas was able to raise the necessary money to get out of jail and help the organization.
