Laredo, TX—June 22, 2009—Last Friday, City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas underwent minor surgery and is now recovering well at home. Because of the success of the surgery, Salinas will return to work in a few days; however, he will continue to perform some lesser mayoral duties from home until he is fully recovered
