ALLEGIANT AIR IS “ALL IN”…LAREDO THAT IS!
AIRLINE CELEBRATES WITH $59* ONE-WAY FARES TO LAS VEGAS
(LAREDO, Texas) —Allegiant Air bet its chips and won as the low-cost airline is celebrating the three-year anniversary of service from Laredo, Texas to Las Vegas. Allegiant inaugurated service from the Laredo International Airport to McCarran International Airport (Las Vegas) June 8, 2006. To celebrate the airline is offering a special $59* one-way fare to the “City of Entertainment.”
“We have been very pleased with the performance of the Laredo market over the last three years,” said Maurice J. Gallagher, the airline’s president and CEO. “We look forward to a continued successful relationship between Allegiant, the Laredo International Airport, the local communities, travel agents and all of our customers.”
During the past year, Allegiant has carried nearly 31,426 customers from Laredo to and from Las Vegas. Since beginning service in the market, the low fare carrier has lowered the average fare paid by Laredo customers more than 55 percent. The low-cost airline has saved customers close to $2.5 million by bringing everyday low-fares to the Laredo community during the past 12 months.
Through its Allegiant Vacations program, the company offers low-cost packages with more than 60 of Las Vegas’ most exciting hotel properties including; Planet Hollywood, Wynn, Bellagio, Venetian, Paris, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Caesars, Monte Carlo, Mirage, Excalibur, New York New York, Red Rock, Tropicana, Rio All-Suite, Bally’s, Las Vegas Club, Flamingo, Riviera, Luxor, Terrible’s, Circus Circus, Hooter’s, Imperial Palace, Harrah’s, Treasure Island, Gold Coast, Westin Casuarina, Golden Nugget, Planet Hollywood, South Point, Four Queens, Plaza and Orleans.
