LAREDO, TX— The City of Laredo Mayor, Dr. Victor D. Treviño, and members of the Council awarded several individuals during the City Council meeting held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, to Laredoans that have outshined and accomplished critical objectives, while representing Laredo before other cities and organizations. The City of Laredo is pleased to continue presenting these recognitions in honor of the outstanding achievements of locals who represent this town through their professional careers and extracurricular activities. Monday’s recipients were as follows:
Laredo Crime Stoppers & Laredo Police Department
The City of Laredo Mayor, Dr. Victor D. Treviño recognized Laredo Crime Stoppers & Laredo Police Department. Their ongoing collaboration has been instrumental in preventing recent crimes and ensuring that Laredo remains one of the safest cities in the United States.
