Lamar Bruni Vergara Middle School’s STEM Students Visit United ISD’s Instructional Television Studio

(Laredo, Texas)-Recently, Lamar Bruni Vergara Middle School’s (LBVMS) STEM students took a tour of United ISD’s Instructional Television (ITV) studio. The purpose of the visit was for STEM students to gain a behind-the-scenes experience while creating a video. Students also participated in producing a video to promote LBV’s STEM program.
Mr. Ruben Vela, ITV Editor/Photographer, shared with students the many tools involved in video production, such as lighting, cameras, audio devices, teleprompters, and editing programs to create the final product. LBVMS students had a great hands-on learning experience.
