City of Laredo Unveils New Kiosks to Pay Utility Bills

Courtesy David Alegria,

Laredo, TX – The City of Laredo is proud to announce that customers are now able to pay their water bill on four (4) new kiosk payment centers located around the city.

The kiosks’ locations are as follows:

City Hall – 1110 Houston Street, located on the north entrance of the building.
City Hall Annex – 1102 Bob Bullock Loop, located near the main entrance of the building.
Municipal Court – 4610 Maher Ave., located near the main entrance of the building.
Fire Station #8 – 510 E. Del Mar Blvd., located near the main entrance of the building.

The kiosks only accept utility bills; the account number is required to make payments. Payments made by credit/debit cards, checks, and cash can be done 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For cash transactions, only bills are accepted (kiosks do not give change). Any overpayment will be credited to the account and applied to the next bill.

For customers who are not able to operate the kiosks, payments may be placed in the kiosk drop box. Customers should include the bill or account number with the payment. Customers cannot deposit cash in the drop box.

The City of Laredo is making every effort to utilize the kiosks to their utmost potential and is working diligently to expand their payment services to include other bill payments.

Other payment options that are still available to utility customers include:
