4th Annual Youth Leadership Conference at United South High School

(Laredo, Tx)- United South High School kicked off their 4th Annual Youth Leadership Conference beginning with all the young ladies on campus. Talking to the groups of students were several female leaders from the community including United States District Court Judge Diana Saldaña, Laredo Police Officer Cordelia Perez, Marine Corps JROTC Instructor Col. Sara Phoenix, retired Laredo Community College History Instructor Maria de la Luz Rodriguez Cardenas, among other special guest speakers. Pictured is City of Laredo Municipal Court Judge Rosie Cuellar-Castillo answering questions from students. All the young men at the campus will be attending the leadership conference tomorrow and hearing from various guests speakers as well.
