New Approach for Existing Traffic Signal to Be Activated

A new west side approach is being added to the traffic signal at the intersection of Lomas Del Sur and U.S. Highway 83 The traffic signal already exists at this location, but the light being added is for the new west side approach which makes the intersection a typical four-leg intersection. The new leg is on the west side of U.S. Highway 83, a continuation of Lomas Del Sur.
New traffic will approach the existing intersection from the west side by traveling east on the new section (extension) of Lomas Del Sur Boulevard.
The activation of the new approach will be simultaneous with the operation of the existing traffic signal. The new approach will be activated on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
