LISD campuses and administrative offices to observe Easter Holiday

(Laredo, Tx)- Laredo Independent School District campuses and administrative offices will be closed today Thursday, March 28, and Friday, March 29, in observance of the upcoming Easter Holiday.
The LISD Tax Office will also observe the Easter Holiday and will be closed Thursday, March 28 and Friday, March 29.
All LISD campuses and administrative offices will re-open Monday, April 1. Classes for LISD students will resume Monday.
Parents are reminded that students in several grades will begin taking the state’s standardized tests, State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) beginning Monday, April 1, through Friday, April 4. Please make sure your child gets a good night’s sleep and eats a healthy breakfast. LISD offers free breakfast for all students.
