Courtesy Xochitl Mora, New machines feature credit card slots  (Laredo, TX)  In late 2011, the City of Laredo Transportation Department, Parking Enforcement Division installed 15 new solar power parking meters that feature capabilities for credit card acceptance at the 600 block of Flores as a six-month pilot program.  The minimum charge allowed when using the
