Courtesy Xochitl Mora,  All City of Laredo administrative offices will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010, in observance of Labor Day. Protective and emergency services will be operational.   There is no regular scheduled garbage or recycling pick-up on that day.   The City of Laredo Landfill will be open on Labor Day, but closed
