While the Laredo City Council usually recognizes individuals in the community for their various accomplishments, the tables were turned on them tonight as the members of the Laredo City Council were recognized by Webb County Constable Rudy Rodriguez for their help and support for his annual initiative, Navidad en el Barrio, where he provides toys for 2,500 underprivileged children for Christmas.
