Jury Selection in 341st District Court

Jury selection began today in the criminal trial of Jorge Alberto Guerrero (7/16/1974). Guerrero is charged with one count of Theft, a felony of the second degree.
Guerrero was employed in the warehouse of Remy International, which is an auto parts distributor and manufacturer. He is charged with having stolen starter motors on September 20, 2008. The motors were valued between one hundred thousand and two hundred thousand dollars. Two other men were charged in the criminal matter as well. Juan Santurino Garza has already pled guilty in this matter and a trial is pending against Jaime Delgado. The stolen items
