Mayor Welcomes New U.S. Consulate

  Earlier yesterday, City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas welcomed Donald Heflin, the new Consulate General of the United States, to City Hall.  At the meeting, Salinas committed to providing continued support to Heflin and the citizens of Nuevo Laredo, strengthening the Sister City bond of the two cities.
