City of Laredo Announces Third Water Distribution Event for Saturday, October 12

Laredo, Texas — The City of Laredo will conduct its third water distribution on Saturday, October 12, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM at various designated locations across the city listed below. This is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to ensure the health and safety of all residents during the current boil water notice (BWN).
The City continues to provide bottled water to residents for consumption needs, while tap water remains safe for non-drinking activities such as laundry, cleaning, and bathing. These efforts reflect our commitment to maintaining public health as we work towards a resolution.
The City of Laredo is hopeful for a prompt lift of the BWN pending results of the current testing and final approval from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
The water distribution locations for Saturday morning, starting at 9:00 a.m., are:
Independence Hills Parks – 1102 N Merida Dr.
LBJ 9th grade campus – 5626 Cielito Lindo Blvd.
Sames Auto Arena – 6700 Arena Blvd.
Fr. McNaboe Park – 201 Zebu Ct.
