Laredo College’s Dance Into Spring Concert Excites with Color, Culture and Dance

(Laredo, Texas)-Through the combined artistry of the Laredo College Dance and Mariachi programs, the community was treated to a delightful evening performance filled with majestic choreography and invigorating music.
“I wanted to put on a show that would celebrate our community’s culture and make it truly joyful and festive,” LC Dance Professor Patricia Godines said.
“Working with Luis Leal, LC’s Mariachi Program director, I wanted the dancers to experience the excitement of performing with live Mariachi, feeling that connection and that sense of celebration together on stage.”
