Laredo College Health Sciences Summer Camp Ready to Ignite Passion in Community Children

(Laredo, Texas)-School’s almost out, and parents are gearing up to keep kids active and inspired. Laredo College is stepping up with its health sciences summer camp at the South Campus College of Health Sciences from June 8 to June 11.
The camp is an amazing opportunity for children from 8th to 10th grade as they learn about the six different healthcare fields Laredo College offers: Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Services, Physical Therapist Assistant, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiology and Nursing. Space is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp hours will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Breakfast and lunch are included throughout the weeklong camp. Registration is $50 per child, and the deadline to register and pay is Friday, June 5 by 11 a.m.
