(Laredo, Texas)- Early voting starts today in the State of Texas and Justice of the Peace Pct.2 Pl.1 Bobby Quintana reminds you that the polls will open today in Webb County at 8:00 am.
Early voting will run through February 27th with election day being held on March 3rd. all registered voters are urged to vote early to avoid waiting in line on election day.
