(Laredo, Texas)-An accident involving three vehicles is reported on the Southbound lanes of the Bob Bullock Loop one vehicle is has been reported to be blocking the Northbound lanes several units are on scene. No reports at the moment on potential injuries. Citizens are advised to drive with caution in that area.
