Webb County Deputies Arrest Suspects for Discharge of Firearms

Webb County, TX – On Sunday, October 19, 2025, Patrol Deputies from the Webb County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of shots fired in the Las Pilas area, located on U.S. Highway 59 in Webb County. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the complainant, who reported that a stray bullet had struck a window of his residence.

The complainant provided deputies with a descrip+on of the suspect vehicle and the loca+on from which the gunre originated. Depues located the described vehicle and iden”ed its occupants as: Jesse Anthony Garcia (DOB: 01/14/1998), Johnathan Brandon Garcia (DOB: 09/15/2004), Ernest Steven Dominguez (DOB: 06/27/1999), One adult female Two juvenilesInformation was gathered at the scene, and the case was forwarded to the Webb County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division (CID) for further investigation.

On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, Jesse Garcia, Johnathan Garcia, and Ernest Dominguez voluntarily met with invesgators in connecon with the discharge of multple “firearms in the area on the night of October 19, 2025.
As a result of this investigation, all three individuals were placed under arrest and charged with Deadly Conduct with a Firearm – Felony 3The suspects are currently being held at the Webb County Jail. This is an ongoing investigation.
