LAREDO, Texas – The City of Laredo and District 5 Council Member Ruben Gutierrez, Jr. will host the Annual Back to School Splash Bash, a vibrant, end-of-summer celebration designed to bring families together before the start of the new school year.
This community event will feature music, games, food, and pool activities, offering a fun and refreshing afternoon for children and families to enjoy as summer winds down. The event is free and open to the public, and all community members are encouraged to attend.
The event takes place on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 pm at the Jovita Idar’s El Progreso Park, Bartlett Soccer Complex, located at 5911 Thomas Ave.
