LAREDO, TX— The City of Laredo and District 4 Council Member Alberto Torres invite the community to the Albert Ochoa Memorial Baseball Field Dedication Ceremony on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024. This special event honors Albert Ochoa’s legacy and contributions to the community.
